 WASTE CONNECTIONS IS OUR SERVICE PROVIDER 

To get your trash service started, contact our Property Management Company (CMA). Adrienne Petty is our contact. Her is number – ‭(314) 878-0025‬ – Extension 110. Email – apetty@cmamgrs.com

Recycle Pickup is on Wednesdays. Have your container at the street the night before or by 6:00 a.m. on day of service.

Trash Pickup is on Thursdays. Have your container at the street the night before or by 6:00 a.m. on day of service.

Your Annual Assessment pays for basic service. Any additional services or additional containers will be billed to you directly.
