Pevely Farms Homeowners Association
The Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and Conditions for Pevely Farms is very specific regarding permissible changes or improvements to your property. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
If you plan to make any changes or improvements to your property, please contact Community Managers Associates (CMA). Our Community Manager is Adrienne Petty and she can be reached by email at adriennep@cmamgrs.com or via phone (314) 878-0025 – Ext 110 or here direct line is 314-594-1190. Her email is apetty@cmamgrs.com. This is the first contact you should make so CMA can collect any fees associated with your change or improvement. CMA will forward your plans to our Architect and the Chairman of the Architectural Committee. The HOA must keep all plans on file.

Tony Oster, the Chairman of the Architectural Committee at anthonyroster@gmail.com. A fee of $350.00 payable to the Pevely Farms HOA is the cost for the architect to review your plans. After approval of your plans a check for $1,500.00 should be made payable to the Pevely Farms HOA for a street deposit if it is required. CMA will be able to tell you if this is required.
A call to CMA in the very early stages of any improvement or change is strongly suggested. This includes painting your home, new roof (if different color or type), adding a deck, installing play ground equipment, or a pool or fence. You must comply with our Architectural Guidelines (see below). If in doubt, contact CMA.
